The purpose of the "Pass It On Card":
Gauth's Darts and Billiards wants to be known as a competitively priced home recreation store. In order to get widely know, any business needs to advertise. Advertising costs vary in price depending on the form of media used to advertise in, and can be very expensive. In order to give Gauth's customers the best prices possible, the "Pass It On Card" will be Gauth's main way of advertising. This gives customers a way to earn discounts that would otherwise be unavailable due to the high cost of advertising.
Joining the "Pass It On Card" program:
- The first way to join is at Gauth's Darts and Billiards. Tell any associate that you want to join the program. The associate will take your name, address, and phone number to enter into our database.
- The second way to join is get a "Pass It On Card" from a current member of the "Pass It On Card" program. Fill out the card and take it to the store to have an associate enter the information into the database.
Program benefits:
- When joining the program the customer will receive a 10% discount on their current purchase or their next purchase (see progam limitations).
- After joining the program, every time another customer joins the program, the person's name who passed the card to them will, in addition, receive a 5% discount on their next purchase.
- A customer can accumulate as many 5% discounts as they want, but only one 5% discount can be used per purchase.
- All discounts will be entered into a database to be kept track of.
- Depending on the success of the program Gauth's may add additional rewards to the program, such as, a gift certificate for a certain number of cards returned.
Program Limitations:
- Discounts earned through the "Pass It On Card" program cannot be combined with store sales that may be currently running.
- Program members cannot combine multiple earned discouint earnings to get a single higher percentage off.
Gauth's Darts and Billiards will keep current members informed of any changes to the current program structure. Thank you to those who participate and remember "Pass It On".
