Sales and Return Policies

All Product:

~All returns, credits, and exchanges must be accompanied by a sales receipt.

~Deposits made on any special orders are non-refundable, but may be applied to another purchase.

~ Product that is returned will be given an in store credit. If the product is not in resalable condition it cannot be accepted back.

~ Once billiard cloth is installed, it is non refundable or able to be exchanged. Manufacture warranty (if any) is all that is honored.

~ Golf discs, once thrown, can not be returned for full credit. Depending on use and accompanied by a receipt, Gauth's Darts and Billiards may give a 50% of value in store credit.

~ Gauth's Darts and Billiards reserves the right to refuse any return. We will try to accommodate every customer within our abilities given that we do not manufacture any of our products.

Darts:

~Dart manufactures do not warranty darts. Tungsten is a brittle metal and is prone to cracking. In special circumstances Gauth's Darts and Billiards may exchange darts or give an in store credit.

~Any problems with electronic DMI products are to be discussed with DMI by the purchaser before Gauth's Darts and Billiards can do anything. See packaging.

Cues:

~ Chalked cues will not be accepted for a return.

~All cues sold by Gauth's Darts and Billiards will only be warranted by the manufacturer. No Manufacturer warrants against abuse or misuse and very few warrant against shaft warpage. See each manufacturer’s warranties for full details. Manufacturer warranty periods are as follows for the original owner with sales receipt from an authorized dealer:
